TETHER MUSES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Tether platform (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. DEFINITIONS
“Tether” – The company providing the App.
“User” – Any individual who accesses or uses the App.
“Muse” – A User approved to earn income through the App.
“Client” – A User who pays to engage with Muses.
“Content” – Any information, messages, images, data, or materials shared within the App.
“UGC” – User-generated content.
3. LICENSE TO USE
Tether grants Users a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App. Users may not reverse
engineer, copy, or modify any part of the App.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS & CONDUCT
Users must comply with all local and international laws. Users may not engage in harassment, explicit content posting,
illegal solicitation, or misuse of the App.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All App-related IP, including code, branding, designs, and features, belongs exclusively to Tether. Unauthorized use is
prohibited.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users warrant they own the rights to any content they upload. By submitting UGC, Users grant Tether a worldwide,
royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for platform and marketing purposes.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
Use of the App is governed by Tether’s Privacy Policy. By using the App, Users consent to the collection and processing
of their data.
8. PAYMENTS, EARNINGS & REFUNDS
Client purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Muses earn based on Tether’s pricing
guidelines and are responsible for their own tax reporting obligations
9. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
Tether may terminate or suspend accounts at its discretion for violations, fraud, or harmful conduct. Users may close
accounts at any time.
10. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided “as is.” Tether is not responsible for loss of income, downtime, unauthorized access, or damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid within the past 12 months.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold Tether harmless from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from violations or misuse
of the App.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by Canadian or U.S. law depending on User location. Disputes are resolved by binding
arbitration unless prohibited by law.
13. UPDATES TO TERMS
Tether may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of revised Terms.
