This Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Tether (“Company”) and the
approved contractor (“Muse” or “Contractor”).
1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
The Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee. The Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance,
and compliance with all laws.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Contractor agrees to provide communication-based companionship services through the Tether app. The Contractor
will follow all platform rules and pricing guidelines. The Contractor may not meet clients in person, solicit off-platform
payments, or engage in illegal or explicit activities beyond platform rules.

3. TERM & TERMINATION
This Agreement is ongoing until terminated by either party. Tether may suspend or terminate the Contractor for violations,
misconduct, or harmful behavior.

4. COMPENSATION
Compensation is based on Tether’s pricing guidelines. The Contractor is responsible for reporting income and paying all
taxes. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Tether owns all platform IP. Contractors may not copy, alter, or distribute proprietary materials. User-generated content
remains the Contractor’s property but is licensed to Tether for platform use.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Contractor agrees to keep confidential all client information and Tether internal materials. This obligation survives
termination.

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
The Contractor agrees to indemnify Tether from any claims resulting from misconduct, legal violations, or breach of this
Agreement. Tether is not liable for income loss, downtime, or client behavior.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada or the United States depending on the user’s location. Disputes will
be resolved via binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.

9. AMENDMENTS
Tether may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document, alongside the Tether Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the full agreement.
